Do you ship internationally?

We are ready to deliver the catalog products to the most of continents and countries across the world. You can order online and the order will be shipping to your home door by the most trustful shipping couriers.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost is estimated by the shipping international rates according to the location of delivery.

When will I receive my item after ordering from your online antiques store?

The Reception of your item depends on the location you are in. It is estimated via the shipping Company. You may receive it through maximum 3 weeks or less.

Where do you ship from?

We ship From Egypt as all of Pieces are genuinely handmade by Egyptian Hands imitating our Ancient Egyptian grandparents Techniques.

I need to return or Exchange an Item?

All sales on Ready-to- Order parcels are final and non-refundable. However, we accept returns and exchanges in case the item you have received is arrived defected. In this case you have to send back the Item in maximum 14 days. As long as it remains in their original new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of any damage by the customer. We guarantee a full refund upon receipt (excluding delivery charges) or exchange the item.

Does the color look slightly different than the pictures?

The pieces colors 99% meet same pictures color.

Can I return or Exchange a discounted Item?

Unfortunately, Discounted Pieces or on Sale Pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.

I have a problem with my Discount code or I forgot to enter it?

Directly E-mail us and we will resend you another Discount Code with the same value. In case of forgetting, we will refund you with the value of the discount immediately.

Is the size of Items similar to the size attached to each item?

All of our pieces are handmade, thus, the measures might slightly vary.

Where do you get your Items from?

Our Pieces are mainly Handmade by talented and professional Egyptians; small families and genuine artists.

Can I cancel or Change my Order?

You can cancel or Change your order as long as the ordered pieces are not shipped yet. That is the only acceptable situation of cancelling or changing an order.

How Can I track my order?

You can find out about the progress of you order through the Tracking Number sent to you via the shipping courier main website.
