Variety of historical scenes is Handmade by talented Egyptian artists referring to activities and events of ancient Egyptian everyday life. On the table, the disc is shown in the central main scene. The scene shows one king with a queen is making offerings to God and the goddess. They are holding Lotus and papyrus flowers which are two key symbols in ancient Egyptian myth. Lotus flowers are always meant to be a sign of love and happiness. However, papyrus flowers were meant to refer to peace and calmness. Thus, the king and his queen are seemed to be asking the God and the Goddess for their blessings to enjoy a happy life in the piece. The shown support of God by the Goddess is a reflection to the love and unity that speared at that time.
On the sides of the table, we can see different scenes such as a king and queen in love. Another scene of a king is making an offering with Horus eye to a god since Horus eyes are well known in history as a symbol for power and protection. The third scene is of the three Gods under the blessings of Ra, the god of the sun, who was providing them with warmness and wisdom in their session. The fourth figurative scene is of The Great Pyramids where the sphinx is laying in front of them. A final scene is of king Tutankhamun with his wife under the blessings of the sun.
All those scenes are hand-inlaid by Talented Egyptian artists who used their creativity in inlaying different shapes of Nacre, mother of pearl shell, informing those valuable great scenes. As the Nacre is one of natural precious kind of decoration used by the Egyptians in their way to the civilization in decorating their furniture, giving it marble and shiny appearance. The small shapes are made out of the Nacre tesserae which is extracted from molluskan shells and also made up from the outer coating of pearls.
